Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires all suppliers, agents, intermediaries, consultants, contractors, affiliates, officers, employees, subcontractors and supplier representatives to observe the highest standards of ethics in activities relating to the supply of goods and services to Saja Energy Co.

Supplier Responsibility
Suppliers must ensure that this Code is communicated to all supplier representatives and must take reasonable steps to ensure compliance by their representatives, including taking immediate action in cases of non-compliance.

- Immediate corrective action where non-compliance is identified.
SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE
Quality & Compliance
We uphold rigorous standards for suppliers, ensuring the timely and precise fulfilment of contractual obligations as decided upon.
Once qualified, regular performance reviews will be conducted to monitor compliance with agreed procurement principles and performance benchmarks. Remedial measures will be implemented to address any deficiencies.
APPROVED SUPPLIERS
Approved Suppliers
Saja Energy only procures goods and services from approved suppliers, and we expect our suppliers to adhere to the standards, terms and conditions set forth in our purchase orders or master agreements.
Suppliers will be taken through an onboarding assessment process before approval.
