Saja Energy have partnered with Vulcan Completion Products, a UK based company specialising in cementation products, centralizers and accessories, to manufacture Phazer™ Centralizers locally.

LOCAL MANUFACTURING

We identified improvement opportunities to automate the diecasting process and, in a world first, are the only company to use automated die casting of solid Zinc Centralizers, increasing production by 700%.

We have also taken on the challenge to produce alloy in-house, demonstrating our commitment to reducing our reliance on imported raw materials, a philosophy we apply to all our manufactured products.
