PROBE™ Reamer Shoe
The PROBE™ reamer shoe being proposed is part of an ever expanding range of Cement accessories offered by Saja through its collaboration with Vulcan Completion Products.
The range is fully adaptable, with options for composite nose or indeed nose with PDC bits incorporated to tackle the most arduous formations.

The standard PROBE™ range of shoes has been designed and developed to aid the installation of casing/liners and screens in the most demanding of wellbore conditions.
The slick body and Tungsten carbide optimised cutting structure allow Operators to ream for long intervals through the most severely collapsed & compromised hole sections with full confidence in the equipment. The profiled nose design reduces drill-out times whilst maintaining unit strength and integrity.
- Flow Ports offer 360° flow area coverage aiding hole cleaning and cement placement.
- Right hand blade design offers a more aggressive reaming action.
- Optimised cutting structure offers the capability to ream past obstructions with rotation or by reciprocation.
- Tungsten Carbide cutting structure.
- High Flow 5Kpsi & 10Kpsi Valve exceeding API 10F IIIC certification.
